C.I.P.S. Process Service

 Cook Inlet Professional Services, LLC provides service of process throughout the Kenai Peninsula through the courts in Kenai, Homer, and Seward. In addition to basic service of process, C.I.P.S. provides services relating to both Judicial and Non-Judicial foreclosures involving industrial, large commercial, government, and aviation industry. 


General Process Services

 C.I.P.S. is licensed by the State of Alaska and provides cost-effective service of process throughout the Kenai Peninsula. These services include basic service of process for civil cases, levy on personal and real property, public sale of property subject to execution sale, posting of property in judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, Employer and PFD garnishments, and other related services. 

Asset Research Services

C.I.P.S conducts asses research and investigations to assist in locating person to serve, property that may be subject to attachment or levy in civil cases, and other investigative matters relating to service of process. This research includes personal property searches, title searches, public records searches, court records, social security number searches, DMV record searches, and other investigative research to locate, persons or assets.

Special Service of Process

C.I.P.S. utilizes a web-based resource that allows our clients to monitor and collaborate with C.I.P.S. process servers handling their process service requests, communicate directly with the process server concerning service instructions, progress notes, and other matters relating to their document service. Additionally, this service allows the client to receive real-time updates on their served documents as well as  service attempts. These updates include GPS coordinates and photos of service locations for each attempt of service.


C.I.P.S. Serve Manager accounts are free for all C.I.P.S. clients.
